Civil Society Framework for National Strategy on Dealing with the Past in Kosovo

The goal of the project is to realize a civil-society driven framework for a National Strategy on Dealing with the Past in Kosovo, designed with citizen input in order for it to address actual societal needs in Kosovo, and cognizant of current Transitional Justice mechanisms, to be adopted by the Kosovo Government to strengthen guarantees of non-recurrence (GNR) and prospects for reconciliation between communities in Kosovo.
