The project purpose is to contribute to the strengthening of democratic potentials at the local government level, as well as development and demonstration of innovative approaches that foster citizen participation and public engagement in decision-making processes in 4 northern municipalities in Kosovo. The specific objective of this project is to support the design and implementation of innovative ICT citizen participation and public engagement tools such as mobile phone applications that will enable all citizens to effectively communicate with the local governments and participate in decision-making processes.
