Who are we?
We are a civil society organization from Kosovo, based in North Mitrovica.
Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated people who strive to make influence and bring change through their work on building trust and strengthening (above all) non-majority communities in Kosovo. Our success depends on the people who are in our team and give strength and character to our vision.
Our office is an interesting, pleasant, and challenging work environment. Interesting because we have the best view from the balcony of the whole city, pleasant because we laugh out loud and challenging… because it can happen that the elevator does not work, so you will have to walk to the 9th floor (only for serious enthusiasts).
From the very beginning, we direct our youngest colleagues towards the basic principle of their work being a creative and detailed approach to various tasks in order to develop their skills and abilities on a daily basis.
