Gender Advisor in the Office of the European Union in Kosovo, Reyes Charle delivered on Thursday a training on the EU women, peace, and security agenda
Around 30 participants had the opportunity to see the official presentation about the EU Gender Action Plan and hear about the steps EU is taking to advance gender issues.
“With Ursula von der Leyen taking office as the President of the European Commission, gender mainstreaming is a priority more than ever,” underlined Charle.
The training was a continuation of the project “Inclusion of Women at the Negotiating Table in Kosovo” initiated by the Office of the EU in Kosovo and implemented by the director of NSI, Jovana Radosavljević and director of United Women’s Association, Vlora Hoti.
