Strengthening Inclusive Victim Voices, Transforming Narratives
01/02/2021

Through the proposed 30 month action (February 2021 – July 2023), PAX, the International Centre for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), Integra and New Social Initiative (NSI) from Kosovo, Peace Action from North Macedonia and Civic Initiative from Serbia aim to generate national and regional initiatives dealing with the past that meaningfully integrate the needs and demands of victims and other groups affected by the conflict and that effectively counter hate and nationalistic speech.

In order to achieve this overall objective, the proposed action will ensure that a representative number of victim groups in Kosovo, Serbia, and North Macedonia have strengthened institutional capacities; improved quality of initiatives and projects; deeper relationships between diverse victim groups, and relevant connections with young activists and artists; increased public legitimacy and joint advocacy capacity at national and regional levels; and enhanced exchange and learning between diverse victims groups regionally.

The project is funded by the European Commission.
