What: Two-day workshop in debating and negotiation skills

Where: A hotel to be determined in Kosovo.
About the workshop:
The workshop aims to enhance participants’ debating skills and tactics through mock negotiations between delegations of Kosovo and Serbia. Mixed groups will be handed out position papers prepared by a policy expert outlining each party’s negotiation aims, red lines, risks, etc. The participants will be divided into two groups and asked to defend their assigned positions.
The first day of the workshop will be dedicated to debating skills and familiarization with the position papers; the second will be devoted to mock negotiations.
Who can apply: Young people (18-25 year-olds) from Kosovo, knowledge of English language required
