The proposed study aims to provide an overview of the current crisis in North Kosovo, including the background and context. Also, it aims to explain the significance of studying the role and impact of media coverage in understanding the crisis.
Research Objectives:
1. To analyze the dominant narratives in media reporting on the crisis in North Kosovo.
2. To identify the key actors responsible for spreading these narratives.
3. To assess the impact of these narratives on citizens’ perceptions of the crisis.
4. To understand the perceptions of citizens from affected communities regarding the resolution of the crisis and potential solutions.
By addressing these objectives and research questions, the study aims to provide insights into the dominant media narratives, key actors involved, the impact on citizens’ perceptions, and the perspectives of affected communities on the resolution of the crisis.
