Research into the institutional accessibility to non-majority communities is a research project New Social Initiative is implementing with Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovo. The project will focus on access to citizenship and identification and travel documents and map integration and social cohesion obstacles that arise from lingering civil registration issues and occasional language barriers. 

The project will include a public opinion poll with a sample of over 1000 non-majority communities residents, 30 interviews and desk research. 

Duration of the project: 8 months (July 2024 – February 2025)
