The New Social Initiative (NSI) is looking for an established animation studio or a marketing company interested in producing a video animation for three possible scenarios of Kosovo – Serbia relations, based on text developed by policy experts.
The interested company or individual is expected to:
- Attend an online or in person meeting with NSI’s project team to discuss ideas for the video animation;
- Propose two designs for a promotional video based on the discussions with NSI by 30 August;
- Develop the promotional video in English, Serbian and Albanian language;
- Submit the video to the NSI Project Officer by 20 September; and
- Address any comments and implement requested changes to the video by 5 October.
The offer should include price (range) per second with, as detailed as possible, description of the services involved, including the preparation of the storybook.
