SMART Balkans – Core Grant
SMART Balkans is a regional project that supports civil society organizations in the Western Balkans. Through the Core Grant, New Social Initiative (NSI), in cooperation with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), aims to strengthen its organizational capacities, support the development of its strategic program commitments, increase its impact in the community, and contribute to its long-term organizational sustainability.
As part of the SMART Balkans project, New Social Initiative will focus on the following objectives:
- Supporting the internal growth and development of the organization
- Developing the organization’s strategic program commitments
- Increasing the organization’s strategic impact in the community and benefiting target groups
- Strengthening organizational sustainability
Duration: 24 months (January 2024 – December 2025)
