New Social Initiative, in collaboration with the Kosovar Center for Security Studies and Sbunker, is organizing the 3rd annual Kosovo Peace and Democracy Summit on September 25-26, 2024, in Pristina. We are seeking talented graphic designers to develop comprehensive graphic design solutions for this prestigious event.

The Kosovo Peace and Democracy Summit (KPDS) is a vital forum dedicated to fostering dialogue, understanding, and cooperation in the pursuit of peace and democracy. Information about the previous summits can be found on our social media pages:

Scope of Work
The selected designer(s) will be responsible for creating a cohesive and visually compelling design package for the KPDS 2024. This includes, but is not limited to:
– **Social Media Posts**: Design engaging and consistent graphics for use on our social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.).
– **LED Screen Content**: Create visually appealing content for LED screens to be used during the summit.
– **Information Booklet**: Design an informative and attractive booklet for summit attendees.
– **Agenda**: Develop a clear and well-designed agenda for the event.
– **Promotional Materials**: Design promotional items such as tote bags, notebooks, name tags, and other merchandise.

Submission Requirements
Interested designers or design firms should submit their offers, including the following:
1. **Portfolio**: Showcase your previous work relevant to event design and promotional materials.
2. **Concept Proposal**: Outline your design approach and vision for the KPDS 2024.
3. **Budget Proposal**: Provide a detailed budget breakdown for the entire scope of work.
4. **Timeline**: Propose a timeline for the completion of each deliverable.
5. **References**: Include references from past clients, particularly for similar events or projects.
Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
– Creativity and originality of the concept proposal
– Relevance and quality of the portfolio
– Feasibility and clarity of the proposed budget

– References and previous client feedback
