Pritom, NSI sledi svoju viziju inkluzivnog dru\u0161tva izgra\u0111enog na poverenju i uva\u017eavanju izme\u0111u zajednica, u kojem gra\u0111ani svih etni\u010dkih grupa aktivno u\u010destvuju u dru\u0161tvu i njegovom upravljanju. NSI nastoji da stvori uticaj i donese promene osna\u017eivanjem neve\u0107inskih zajednica na celom Kosovu da u\u010destvuju u dru\u0161tvenom i institucionalnom \u017eivotu i pove\u0107a poverenje izme\u0111u zajednica. NSI veruje da pobolj\u0161anje polo\u017eaja srpske zajednice na Kosovu i odnosa sa ve\u0107inskom zajednicom je jedan od klju\u010dnih doprinosa inkluziji i demokratizaciji kosovskog
