Ne, organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara m\u00eb posht\u00eb nga Kosova dhe Serbia, d\u00ebnojm\u00eb ashp\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn fyese dhe posht\u00ebruese t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vulin, ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve. I b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, respektivisht kryeministres s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Ana Brnabi\u0107, t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb urrejtjes nga ministri Vulin dhe t\u00eb apeloj\u00eb kund\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs \u2018\u0160iptar\u2019. M\u00eb 20 maj 2022, ministri Vulin e p\u00ebrdori fjal\u00ebn \u2018\u0160iptar\u2019 n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur p\u00ebr t\u2019iu referuar shqiptar\u00ebve, dhe deklarata e tij p\u00ebr media \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb faqen zyrtare t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 2018, gjyq\u00ebsori serb e gjeti fjal\u00ebn \u2018\u0160iptar\u2019 si fyese dhe u etiketua si gjuh\u00eb urrejtjeje. Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, ministri Vulin e ka p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive dhe t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb rastin kur iu referohet shqiptar\u00ebve dhe vazhdon ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb pasoj\u00eb n\u00eb pozicionin e tij publik. Zyrtar\u00ebt publik\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes nuk kan\u00eb vend n\u00eb qeveri. Gjuha e urrejtjes minon p\u00ebrhapjen e vlerave evropiane n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb tona, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb korniz\u00ebn normative p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, sundimin e ligjit dhe funksionimin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie demokratike dhe tolerante. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kur gjuha e urrejtjes p\u00ebrdoret lirisht nga zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb synuar nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb caktuar etnik, ajo mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja shkat\u00ebrruese, pasi nxit diskriminimin, radikalizimin etno-politik dhe potencialisht \u00e7on n\u00eb dhun\u00eb.
