Roli i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb analizojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebrisht pikat e forta dhe boshll\u00ebqet e iniciativave t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme dhe aktuale t\u00eb BmK n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb identifikojn\u00eb parametrat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Strategji Komb\u00ebtare specifike p\u00ebr kontekstin p\u00ebr BmK n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
