Njoftimi p\u00ebr shtyp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nj\u00eb grup i organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile brenda Iniciatives OPEN d\u00ebnon fuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebrdorimin e forc\u00ebs s\u00eb tep\u00ebrt nga forcat speciale policore t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb komunat serbe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe angazhimin e tyre n\u00eb detyrat brenda kompetenc\u00ebs s\u00eb forcave policore lokale. Veprimet e tilla t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve dhe pajtimit, por inkurajojn\u00eb konfrontimin dhe polarizimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm etnik. N\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm sigurie, pas tensioneve t\u00eb fundit mbi p\u00ebrdorimin e targave, veprime t\u00eb tilla leht\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt t\u00eb hapur t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb pa imagjinueshme. Ne gjithashtu d\u00ebnojm\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e nj\u00ebsive speciale t\u00eb policis\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore sepse \u00e7on n\u00eb radikalizimin e elektoratit dhe prishjen e procesit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iniciativa OPEN i b\u00ebn thirrje Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb procesin e negociatave n\u00eb Bruksel, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur vet\u00ebm t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebr problemet e grumbulluara. Aktet e nj\u00ebanshme minojn\u00eb mekanizmat ligjor\u00eb, institucional\u00eb dhe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb t\u00eb krijuar gjat\u00eb dialogut n\u00eb Bruksel, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jan\u00eb t\u00eb papranueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iniciativa OPEN i b\u00ebn thirrje Bashkimit Evropian q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet m\u00eb aktivisht n\u00eb zgjidhjen e situatave t\u00eb krizave gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mekanizma q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7onin n\u00eb forcimin e besimit mes pal\u00ebve negociuese. Ne gjithashtu i b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje KFOR -it q\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb paqe dhe siguri n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn veriore dhe vendet Quintit p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur urgjentisht incidenteve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
