The role of the Board is to insure accountability and transparency of the organization. The Board has instrumental role in networking and fundraising for the purpose of organizational growth and sustainability. For these reasons the Board is comprised by the founder of the organization, and two experienced former civil society activists. The Board also provides all the necessary guidance to the management, participate in fundraising, grant writing and networking, as well as project implementation, particularly through monitoring and evaluation and peer review. The Board meets on quarterly basis.

His career is a result of desire to make a difference in society. He channeled this passion into practice by working for the international and civil society organizations in Western Balkans with mandate to promote or protect human rights, build democracy and boost development.. Milos is high‐performing, strategic‐thinking professional with more than 16 years’ experience in international development and civil society sector. Currently pursuing a MBA degree in Public and Non-for-Profit Management at Willamette University in Salem, OR, US. Milos is proficient in organization management, program and project management, community and social services, entrepreneurship and business development.
